Overview

Funding to help SMEs scale up, meet industry standards, and pursue opportunities with major defence contractors to meet current or future needs of the Canadian Armed Forces, NATO or an allied country.

Who can apply

  • SMEs active in or seeking to position themselves within the defence industry supply chain
  • not-for-profit organizations that support eligible SMEs
  • Indigenous recipients.
  • Projects must align with initiative objectives (strengthen Canada's defence industrial base, integrate SMEs into domestic/international defence supply chains, enhance industrial and innovation capacity, support strategic regional assets).
