Northern Indigenous Economic Opportunities Program - Research Stream

Provides funding for applied research, knowledge development, statistics and knowledge dissemination to address knowledge gaps in the territorial Indigenous economic and business ecosystem. Up to $50,000 in seed funding is available for small partnership-building projects and up to $250,000 for larger research projects.

Indigenous organizations or Indigenous researchers, community owned organizations, First Nation, Inuit or Métis organizations, non-profits, for-profits, social enterprises and others working on Indigenous economic research in the Northwest Territories.
