Businesses operating in the Northwest Territories can register under the Business Incentive Policy to receive a bid adjustment (preference) when bidding on Government of the Northwest Territories contracts. Registered NWT businesses receive a 15% NWT adjustment and 5% local adjustment on contracts up to $1 million; for contracts over $1 million, those rates apply to the first $1 million and 1.5% NWT / 0.5% local adjustment applies to the amount above $1 million.
Business must operate in the Northwest Territories and register under the Business Incentive Policy to receive bid adjustments on NWT government contracts.
