MINERVA Initiative – Uncrewed Ground System for Tactical Cargo Movement

Challenge seeking a domestically produced uncrewed ground system (UGS) for ground delivery of cargo and munitions that is easy to operate, maintain and adequately rugged, integrating emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, robotics and autonomous systems to support intelligence analysis, predictive modeling, targeting and operations.

• For-profit business incorporated in Canada (federally or provincially)
• SME with 499 or fewer full-time equivalent employees
• R&D activities take place in Canada
• 50% or more of annual wages/salaries/fees paid to employees and contractors working majority of time in Canada
• 50% or more of employees ordinarily work in Canada
• 50% or more of senior executives (VP and above) reside principally in Canada
• proposed solution at technology readiness level (TRL) 5 to 9.
