Challenge to develop a simple and highly survivable uncrewed ground vehicle providing persistent surveillance and reconnaissance while minimizing training and maintenance demands, under the MINERVA Initiative with the Department of National Defence.

• For-profit business incorporated in Canada (federally or provincially)
• small or medium-sized with 499 or fewer full-time equivalent employees
• R&D activities take place in Canada
• 50% or more of annual wages/salaries/fees paid to employees and contractors working mainly in Canada
• 50% or more of employees have Canada as ordinary place of work
• 50% or more of senior executives (VP and above) have Canada as principal residence
• proposed solution at TRL 5 to 9.
