First Nations Clean Energy Business Fund - Equity Funding

Provides up to $500,000 in equity funding to support financially viable and resourced clean energy projects with an Energy Purchase Agreement, increasing Indigenous community participation in the clean energy sector in British Columbia.

• Applicant must be a First Nation "band" as defined by the Indian Act (Canada) or an Indigenous governing body organized and established by Indigenous peoples.
• Project must increase Indigenous community participation in the clean energy sector and be located in British Columbia, and must be a financially viable, resourced clean energy project with an Energy Purchase Agreement.
