Loans between $10,000 and $250,000 for credible business opportunities in the Columbia Basin Trust region that deliver significant positive and measurable community benefits (social, environmental, economic, arts and culture).

Who can apply

  • Must be a First Nations organization, social enterprise, non-profit or business headquartered and operating in the Columbia Basin Trust region, and unable to secure financing elsewhere (higher risk / inadequate returns for standard lenders).
  • Project must demonstrate significant positive community impacts and have a business plan with credible revenue, expense and budget estimates.
