Overview

Loan of $20,000 to $75,000 for new business start-up projects (0 to 2 years) in Quebec, aimed at entrepreneurs from communities under-represented in entrepreneurship who commit to sustainable development practices.

Who can apply

  • Business start-up aged 0 to 2 years
  • owner must be from a community under-represented in entrepreneurship (women, racialized people, immigrants, First Nations, Inuit, LGBTQ2+, people with disabilities)
  • own at least 25% of shares and votes
  • hold a strategic position in the company
  • demonstrate adoption of or commitment to sustainable development practices based on the 17 UN goals.
  • Must submit a business plan, 2-year projected financial statements and shareholder CVs.
