Who can apply

  • Must be 18 or older, a member of one of Quebec's Black communities, an experienced manager operating a business with growing revenue and demonstrated growth potential
  • must be an incorporated or registered for-profit business or a social economy business (non-profit or cooperative) carrying on a lawful business activity.
