Overview

Provides B.C. book publishers up to $10,000 per fiscal year (April 1–March 31) to attend select book fairs, conferences, and events promoting their catalogue in domestic and foreign markets.

Who can apply

  • Must be an active Books BC member or eligible publishing company
  • have received recent funding from the Canada Book Fund or BC Arts Council (operating or project support)
  • be a B.C.-based or federally incorporated publisher with a B.C. head office for at least one year
  • be at least 75% owned and controlled by B.C. residents
  • and be in good standing with Creative BC.
