Overview

A 10-week program giving food and beverage businesses in southwestern Ontario access to food production and distribution industry experts, workshops, and mentoring services to help them scale, covering topics such as shelf-life testing, food safety and regulations, labelling, distribution, retail sales, packaging, cash flow, and branding.

Who can apply

  • Must have been operating with revenue generation for at least 1 year and no more than 5 years
  • have an established consumer packaged good already tested in the market
  • demonstrate strong growth potential and scalability
  • and be located in London/Middlesex, St Thomas/Elgin, Sarnia/Lambton, Chatham/Kent, or Windsor/Essex counties in southwestern Ontario.
