Overview

Program connecting Alberta employers with pre-screened job seekers, offering wage and training support to offset onboarding costs. Two options: On-the-Job Training (8 to 16 weeks at the employer's worksite with a training contribution for the full duration of the learning plan) and Paid Work Experience (short-term placement of up to 3 weeks). Prospect pre-screens and assesses participants, provides ongoing placement support, and handles administration and reporting.
