Overview

Support for the early exploration of a key question or challenge facing your organization, aimed at identifying needs, developing potential solutions, and planning the initial phases of a project.

Who can apply

  • Organization must focus on arts and/or culture as a core part of its mission
  • be based in and operate within Manitoba
  • have been in continuous operation for at least three years before applying
  • and be structured as a registered charity, registered non-profit, registered for-profit (book and periodical publishers only), a collective (minimum two members, majority residing in Manitoba), or a comparable alternative structure.
