Who can apply

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • operate the business from Ottawa, Ontario
  • be an Ontario resident and Canadian citizen or permanent resident
  • not attending school full-time or returning to school
  • business must be an early-stage product or service-based (non-tech) business
  • not enrolled in another provincial/government or entrepreneurship training program.
