Overview

Performance-based loans for manufacturers or processors of wood or forest biomass in Ontario, covering up to 30% of eligible costs for projects that improve productivity, innovation, competitiveness and market access.

Who can apply

  • Manufacturers or processors of wood or forest biomass in Ontario, such as saw mills, pulp and paper mills, secondary wood manufacturers, or bio-economy projects.
  • Projects must have at least $3 million in eligible costs.
  • Harvesting and resource extraction projects are not eligible.
