Incorporated for-profit business located and operating in Northern Ontario, with minimum annual revenue of $1 million in each of the past two fiscal years, viable prior to tariffs, and demonstrating trade disruption impacts (operating in a sector affected by Section 338 or 232 tariffs, earning 25%+ of revenue from goods ultimately exported to the U.S., or experiencing significant tariff-related impacts such as higher input costs, supply chain disruptions, or revenue loss).
