Overview

Financial assistance supporting modernization of operational and management processes in SMEs, and increasing trade, exports, and access to new markets within key industry sectors, contributing to expansion of the regional economy in Northern Ontario.

Who can apply

  • Incorporated SMEs with fewer than 500 employees, including Indigenous (First Nation/Métis/Inuit) businesses, in Northern Ontario.
  • Priority may be given to manufacturers and value-added businesses in mining supply, forestry, clean technology, bioeconomy, and agri-food sectors.
