Overview

Transition loans to help facilitate the transfer of assets for both buyers and sellers of farms, agribusinesses or food businesses. Sellers receive guaranteed full payment of sale proceeds from FCC with a customized payment schedule of up to 10 years; buyers avoid needing upfront capital for a down payment and can choose between improving cash flow or building equity. FCC's AgExpert software is included.
