Overview

Non-repayable contribution for SMEs to stimulate the emergence, growth and expansion of entrepreneurs located in the territories of participating RCMs (regional county municipalities) in Quebec, including hiring support for professionals.

Who can apply

  • For-profit business with 250 employees or fewer
  • legally incorporated under Quebec or Canadian law
  • established, active and registered in Quebec.
  • Must be located in eligible territories: RCMs in the last quintile of the economic vitality index, RCMs of Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine (including the maritime community of the Magdalen Islands), Appalaches RCM, MRC du Granit (including Lac-Mégantic), and Indigenous communities within eligible RCM boundaries from nations recognized by the National Assembly of Quebec.
