Overview

Not-for-profit organizations in Northern Ontario can receive a contribution of up to $2 million covering up to 50% of the costs of incremental improvements, repairs and/or renovations to social and recreational facilities that contribute to a healthy, vibrant community and local economic development.

Who can apply

  • Not-for-profit organizations in Northern Ontario undertaking improvements, repairs or renovations to social and recreational facilities that support community and economic development.
  • Exceptions to eligibility criteria may be considered for projects addressing a priority need in Northern Ontario.
