Overview

Non-repayable contribution for not-for-profit organizations in Quebec to help businesses at all stages scale up and become more globally competitive, with focus on business support networks for under-represented groups (women, Indigenous peoples, young entrepreneurs), regional strategic clusters, accelerators and incubators, and projects attracting foreign investment.

Who can apply

  • Not-for-profit organizations providing services to businesses, business incubators or accelerators, municipalities or regional county municipalities, groups or associations, and Indigenous organizations in Quebec.
  • Projects must foster ties among ecosystem players, support creation/growth of regional clusters, or attract foreign investment.
