Overview

Cost-shared funding for not-for-profit and Indigenous organizations in the agriculture and agri-food sector working toward sustainability and competitiveness through adopting new technology or building capacity. Provides up to $1 million per project covering up to 50% of eligible costs (up to 75% for high-priority projects).

Who can apply

  • Not-for-profit or Indigenous organizations in the agriculture and agri-food sector working toward sustainability and competitiveness through adopting new technology or building capacity.
  • For-profit organizations are normally not eligible but may be considered where benefits accrue to the entire sector or to public safety/public good.
  • Applications only accepted for projects with end dates on or before March 31, 2029.
