Income protection program providing financial support to Quebec farming operations experiencing large income declines caused by production loss, increased costs or market conditions. Participants enrol, pay a fee, and file an AgriStability form each program year.

Who can apply

  • Must farm in Quebec
  • file an income tax return with the CRA by the program year's final filing deadline
  • complete a minimum of 6 months of farming activity
  • complete a production cycle
  • enrol in the program, pay the participation fee and file the required forms by each deadline.
